How to post your rental:
Owners, you may post your week on the rental page of this website up to one year in advance of the check-in date. Don't let your week go unused! Increase your occupancy by “Value Marketing”, providing the whole week at a value price point. This is a proven way to rent your condo for the entire week. It is best to post your week early for maximum exposure.
To get your rental posting up on this website, mail your $95 posting fee to the address listed below. After your check is received, your posting will be activated on the website - it’s that easy! There is no listing contract or commitment on your part - you are in the driver’s seat. As the owner, you have every right to rent your condo yourself! No one has a greater vested interest in getting your week rented then you.
This site works extremely well and you are very likely to rent your week.
When you rent your week, you will need to contact the front office at The Wren and let our staff know who will be in your condo for that week. The front office phone number is 970-476-0052. This website is managed by owners at The Wren and not the on-site front office management.
100% of rental proceeds are yours to keep. Owners will arrange payment according to their terms directly from renters prior to check-in, typically by requesting a deposit up-front and the balance due 40 days before the check-in date.
